Pamol (Nigeria) Limited is a private limited liability Company with its Headquarters situated at Calabar. The company has Rubber Plantations in Cross River, Delta and Edo states.

Pamol now operates Five (5) Rubber Estates of 15738 hectares, having recently acquired additional 9787 hectares in Ikot Okpora and Nko/Agoi Ibami Rubber Estates from the Government of Cross River State, through the privatisation process of government owned plantations.

Pamol (Nigeria) Limited was originally a wholly owned subsidiary of Unilever Plc. In 1977, the Federal Government, through the Nigerian Enterprises Promotion Act required Companies to allow Nigerians at least 40% equity participation. Accordingly, Equity Shareholding of Pamol (Nigeria) Limited became; Unilever 60%, Cross River State Government 21%, Bendel State Government 15% and Employees 4%.

On 1st March 1997, Dunlop Nigeria Plc acquired the shares of Unilever Plc and now holds 60% equity interest in the company. This climaxed the search by Dunlop Nigeria Plc for a guarantee of uninterrupted supply of the right quality of natural rubber, a major input in tyre manufacturing. Also following the creation of Edo and Delta States from the former Bendel State, the 15% interest held by Bendel was ceded to Delta State Government. The Company currently has an authorised Share Capital of 300million Ordinary shares of 50kobo each, out of which 270 Million Shares, have been issued and fully paid.
